The CSUDH golf team officially teed off their new season last month at the Sonoma State Men’s Invitational, finishing eighth overall out of nine teams, while junior Todd Henderson finished as the top scorer for the Toros at 22nd place. Sophomore Kyle Campano also finished in the top 25 after scoring a 78 in his final trip through Rooster Run Golf Club.
The Toros have two upcoming tournaments in October, with their next one taking place in Chico for the Sierra Central Wildcat Classic on Oct. 14 and 15. At the end of the month, they travel to Hawaii to participate in the Dennis Rose Invitational.
Once October wraps up, the Toros will not participate in tournaments until Feb. 2020. From there, they will compete in seven tournaments from February through April, with the CCAA championships coming towards the end of April.
