Some movies are worth watching a second or third time. “Pain and Gain” is not one of them.

Based on a true story took place in Miami in 1995, the movie features three body builders seeking a new life of money, women and fame. The men plan to “take over the lifestyles” of the two richest men in Miami.

Dance clubs and rave parties everywhere will surely be playing Knife Party’s songs from their newly released EP, “Haunted House.”

Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen form the Australian electro house duo. Accurately trying to label the genre of music they produce will most likely break out a lengthy discussion of the intricate differences between dubstep, brostep and Dutch house, so I won’t bother. Let’s just say there’s enough wobble bass and laser sounds effects on this EP to skin a cat.

Does bad service spoil a restaurant experience?

After breakfast at Heritage Family Pantry in Lakewood, I say yes.

Portions are generous but the service is slow during breakfast at The Heritage.

When you walk into Heritage Family Pantry restaurant you feel a sense of home and family. That’s probably because it is owned and operated by the Lees, a family of five.

The Heritage is located on a well-traveled corner in Lakewood. The parking lot is pretty small, but there’s plenty of street parking. This casual dining place has a “homey” feeling. The 1950s-inspired décor gives the place a retro look.
